Description
The RapidWater® DNA Isolation Kit is our next generation kit for extraction of genomic DNA from a variety of filtered water samples. The kit can isolate DNA from common filter membrane types (sold separately). This kit differs from our UltraClean® Water DNA Isolation Kit by allowing for microcentrifuge processing of 47 mm sized water filters using a novel bead tube with optimized bead mix and a streamlined lysis procedure that reduces processing volume. DNA is ready to use in a final 100 µl volume.
