Description
The On-Spin Column DNase (RNase-Free) is for removal of genomic DNA during the extraction of total RNA using any UltraClean® RNA Kit (e.g. tissue, microbial, plant, blood, and stabilized blood). The kit includes RNase-free water for resuspension of the enzyme, DNase I buffer ready-to-use, Solution D1 for washing the membrance before and after treatment, and Solution D2 for removal of the D1 buffer.
