Successful Isolation of RNA From Diverse Sample Types

RNA was reverse transcribed using the QuantiTech Reverse Transcription Kit (Qiagen).Primers used were universal for the 16S rRNA gene (StreF/StreR) and generated a 1,243 bp product. The KAPA Fast HotStart kit was used for PCR.
