Description
The UltraClean®-htp 96 Well Plasmid Prep Kit is designed to isolate plasmid DNA in 96 well plates. Cells are centrifuged, lysed, and the DNA is bound to a silica membrane spin filter plate. The DNA is washed and then recovered in Tris buffer or water. The plasmid DNA is ready for automated sequencing without further purification.
Requires a plate centrifuge or Vacuum Manifold and Vacuum Pump.
