The KAPA PROBE FAST qPCR Kits contain a ready-to-use master mix for highly sensitive and accurate real-time PCR using sequence-specific fluorogenic probe chemistries including hydrolysis probes (e.g. TaqMan®), FRET probes, and displacement probes (e.g. molecular beacons).
