Description
DNase I is an endonuclease that nonspecifically cleaves DNA, producing a mixture of mono- and oligonucleotides. Our DNase I (RNase-Free) is a lyophilized powder and is guaranteed to be free of RNase. This is recommended for applications which require the maintenance of RNA integrity while removing DNA contamination and useful for pretreating RNA preparations prior to reverse transcription reactions.
