Description
Ethidium Bromide Solution (0.625 mg/ml) is a fluorescent dye suitable for staining nucleic acids during or after electrophoresis. The solution can be used to detect both double- and single-stranded DNA and RNA.
Adding ethidium has never been easier. No more weighing, mixing or handling of this potentially toxic and mutagenic compound.
For the recommended final concentration of 0.5 µg/ml, use the convenient 10 ml Dropper Bottle and simply add one drop for every 50 ml of solution.
Made from the highest quality ethidium bromide and ultra pure water, this product can be used in all of your molecular biology applications.
